We at Bayou Care assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. We assist with meal time ensuring proper nutrition and hydration. Also provide mobility assisting in help transferring from bed to wheelchair or walker and other mobility needs.
Ensuring that medication are taking correctly and on schedule. Keeping an eye out on side effects or changes in patients' condition and reporting to their doctor. Our CNA's assist while we do not administer these medications. All doses are documented.
We a Bayou Care help with transporting your loved one to medical appointments, social activities, and errands. We also assist with grocery shopping, personal care appointments.
